Personal data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, organisation, job title and communications with us when you request a conversation or access our capabilities material. We also process technical information needed to secure and operate this website.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange discovery conversations, provide requested material, improve the service and meet legal, security and record-keeping obligations.
Service providers
We may use Cloudflare to host and protect the site and YouSpot to store lead and relationship information. These providers process data on our behalf. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps required under Singapore's PDPA to provide comparable protection.
Retention and your rights
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed. Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access or correction, ask how information has been used or disclosed and withdraw consent for future processing.
