Forward Intel respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit forwardintel.dev, request a discovery conversation, access our capabilities material, use our services or contact us.
1. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, job title, professional details and communications with us.
Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs and security events.
2. How we use personal data
- to respond to enquiries and arrange discovery conversations;
- to provide requested capabilities material and implementation services;
- to manage lead and relationship information;
- to understand site usage and improve content, using Google Analytics 4 where enabled;
- to protect the site, detect abuse and maintain reliability using Cloudflare security, traffic and DNS services; and
- to meet legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution obligations.
3. Cookies and analytics
Forward Intel uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage. Google may use cookies or similar technologies subject to its own policies and settings. Cloudflare may process technical and security information, including requests and DNS-related data, to deliver and protect the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some functionality.
4. Service providers
We may use Cloudflare to host and protect the site, Google to provide analytics and YouSpot to store lead and relationship information. We may also use other carefully selected providers to host, secure, analyse or operate the service. These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
5. Disclosure and retention
We may share contact details and other relevant enquiry information with selected partners of ForwardIntel.dev where this is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introduction or explore and deliver requested services. We expect our partners to handle personal data appropriately and consistently with applicable privacy obligations.
We disclose personal data for the purposes described in this policy, where you ask us to, where a service provider or selected partner needs it to perform services for us or where disclosure is required or permitted by law. We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes, including applicable legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised where practicable.
6. Your PDPA rights
Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, ask about how it has been used or disclosed and withdraw consent for future collection, use or disclosure where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may mean we cannot provide some services. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
7. Security and contact
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. For privacy questions, access or correction requests or complaints, contact contact@forwardintel.dev.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, vendors or legal obligations change. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
